Chocodile

Hostess introduced the Chocodile decades ago as a chocolate covered version of the classic Twinkie, and for most of its run it was sold almost exclusively on the West Coast rather than nationally. Hostess discontinued the snack cake in 2012 during the company's bankruptcy restructuring, which turned it into a genuine regional cult item almost overnight. A limited revival under the Chocodile Twinkie name appeared briefly in 2016.
