Generation O!

Generation O! aired on Kids' WB from 2000 to 2001, an animated musical comedy following an eight year old rock star named Molly O who fronts her own band while also just trying to live an ordinary kid's life. The show's story editor was Suzanne Collins, who would later go on to write The Hunger Games, and its opening theme was performed by the band Letters to Cleo. It ran for thirteen episodes before being cancelled.
