Ghostbusters Cereal

Ralston released Ghostbusters Cereal in 1985 to tie into the massive success of the original film, shaping the marshmallow pieces like tiny ghosts to match the movie's branding. It predates the more famous Hi-C Ecto Cooler tie in by a couple of years and represents one of the earliest food products to cash in on the franchise. Ralston discontinued it by 1988 as the initial movie merchandising cycle wound down.
