Hostess Choco-Bliss

Hostess sold Choco-Bliss from 1986 to around 1992, stacking two layers of devil's food cake around a chocolate crème filling and topping the whole thing with ridged chocolate icing under the tagline "a chocolate lover's dream." It was reformulated and rebranded as Choco-Licious before Hostess discontinued that version too, leaving the original recipe largely forgotten outside of dedicated snack cake enthusiasts.
