Johnny and the Sprites

Johnny and the Sprites aired on Playhouse Disney from 2005 to 2007, a live action and puppet musical series created by and starring Broadway puppeteer John Tartaglia, following his character's friendship with a colorful cast of woodland sprite puppets. Its original songs and genuine musical theater pedigree gave it a slightly different creative sensibility than most other Playhouse Disney programming. It ran for three seasons before concluding.
