Oobi

Oobi aired on Noggin from 2003 to 2005, a puppet series built around an unusual bare hand puppetry technique where the characters' faces were drawn directly onto the puppeteers' bare hands rather than using traditional puppet heads. The stripped down, low budget visual style made it instantly recognizable and distinct from every other preschool show on the air at the time. It ran for two seasons before wrapping up on Noggin.
