Oreo O's Cereal debuted in 1998 as a joint effort between Post and Nabisco, turning the classic sandwich cookie into a chocolate flavored breakfast cereal with little marshmallow bits mixed in. It became a genuine pantry staple through the early 2000s before Post discontinued it in 2007 as the company restructured its cereal lineup. Fan demand was strong enough that a limited revival ran from 2017 into 2019.
