Out of the Box

Out of the Box aired on Disney Playhouse from 1998 to 2003, a live action preschool series built around puppets, songs, and imaginative play staged inside a giant cardboard box set. It leaned on hands on, participatory activities more than most of its Playhouse Disney contemporaries, encouraging young viewers to sing and move along at home. It wrapped its run in the early 2000s as the network's programming continued to shift.
