Sky Commanders

Sky Commanders aired in syndication in 1987, following a paramilitary team that uses cable based flying gear to battle a villain known as General Plague. It was a fairly standard toy tie in production for its era and only lasted a single season, leaving it as one of the more genuinely obscure entries in the late eighties syndicated cartoon landscape.
