The Angry Beavers

The Angry Beavers aired on Nickelodeon from 1997 to 2001, following slacker beaver brothers Norbert and Daggett as they navigated life in the woods with a stream of surreal, tangent heavy humor. The writing leaned heavily into absurdist non sequiturs and rapid fire jokes that rewarded repeat viewing more than most Saturday morning cartoons of the era. It's still frequently cited by animation fans as one of the more underrated entries in the original Nicktoons lineup.
